Cachet’s public marketing references homes from the $500s. Full pricing by model is not yet published and will change. Register for current details when available. Do not rely on any price until confirmed in writing with the builder’s offering documents.
When can I buy?
Official sales timing is marketed as coming this fall. Exact opening dates, phases, and occupancy timelines have not been publicly confirmed. VIP registrants are prioritized for updates.
Is there a sales centre I can visit?
A dedicated Everstone presentation centre address has not been publicly listed yet. The best next step is to register for updates. Nearby, other Elora/Fergus communities may have open centres — Everstone itself is still in coming-soon mode.
Are you the builder?
